Director – InfrastructureJonty Castle served as an Officer with the British Armed Forces for 8 years before relocating to Australia to specialise in senior and executive level recruitment within the Infrastructure and Defence sectors. Jonty was part of the founding team helping to establish and grow Sniper's reputation and brand across the Technical Engineering and Infrastructure sectors. His knowledge of Engineering, Project Management, Technical Consultancy and Contracting provides the networks for sourcing and identifying the best construction talent. Jonty also heads up Sniper’s Defence Division specialising in transitioning ex military personnel into the commercial world.
Paul Tribe
Director – Defence & Executive SearchPaul Tribe served as an officer with the British Army before relocating to Australia and he was part of the founding team assisting with the set-up of Sniper Solutions with his focus on Defence and Infrastructure executive recruitment. He has established preferred supplier relationships with major Contractors, Clients and Consultancies providing permanent and contract solutions. Throughout this time he has been retained on various business critical roles such as Alliance Manager, State Manager, Chief Engineer, Project Director and Principal Engineer on various high value projects.

Principal Consultant – InfrastructureDan Mousley has 13 years international recruitment experience and has been based in Australia for the last 7 years. He has successfully completed targeted search assignments within Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Capital Equipment sectors. At Sniper, Dan specialises in sourcing mid to senior level Commercial, Procurement, Project Controls, Cost, Bid/Tender, Contract, Sales and Service Managers. Andrea Warr
Senior Consultant – Environment & WaterAndrea Warr is an Australian with thirteen years experience within the Australian commercial recruitment market. A proven and qualified Project Manager he focuses on supporting the Defence Industry with Systems, Communications, Electrical and Weapons Engineers along with Technical Project Managers. His mature and professional approach ensures he understands our client’s requirement.
Kerri-Ann Giannouleas
Senior Consultant – Rail Design & EngineeringKerri Giannouleas has over 14 years’ international rail recruitment experience, the last 7 years based in Australia. She has recruited positions within the rail industry at all levels within projects covering green & brown field, rail renewals and rail maintenance. She has an extensive network and continues to grow this both nationally and internationally.
The majority of Kerri's experience in UK was recruiting within Passenger Rail. Here in Australia she has built relationships with big mining companies and their contractors for major rail projects. More recently she was responsible for recruiting with a major EPCM organisation for Rail Engineering roles which included: Signalling, Communications, Control Systems, Electrical and Mechanical.

Senior Consultant – Business & Engineering SupportJude is an experienced HR Manager with over 8 years industry knowledge gained from both the UK and Australia. Jude manages our Business & Engineering Support division. Successful assignments in Australia have included Project Planners & Schedulers, Document Controllers, Contracts Administrators, Bid, Proposal & Tender Administrators, Project Administrators, Executive Assistants, PA’s & Office Managers as well as other support roles.
