Director – Infrastructure & DefenceJonty Castle served as an officer with the British Armed Forces for eight years before relocating to Australia to specialise in senior and executive level recruitment within the infrastructure and defence sectors. Jonty was part of the founding team helping to establish and grow Sniper's reputation and brand across the technical engineering and infrastructure sectors. His knowledge of Engineering, Project Management, Technical Consultancy and Contracting provides the networks for sourcing and identifying the best construction talent. Jonty also heads up Sniper’s Defence division specialising in transitioning ex military personnel into the commercial world.
Nigel Baker
Senior ConsultantNigel Baker has spent twelve years in recruitment and commercial sales roles. During the last three years with Sniper Nigel has established the Infrastructure desk focusing on local and international recruitment. He has established preferred supplier relationships with major Contractors, Clients and Consultancies providing permanent and contract solutions.
Throughout this time he has been retained on various business critical roles such as Alliance Manager, State Manager, Chief Engineer, Project Director and Principal Engineer on various high value projects. Nigel has also been highly successful recruiting for mid – senior level design, engineering, quality and safety roles through a variety of headhunting and networking.
Dan Mousley

Andrea Warr
