Sniper’s consultants will work closely with you to understand your individual business needs based around skills set, culture fit, salary bandings and timeframes etc. Once a brief has been taken we will undertake a bespoke targeted approach based on your requirements speaking to both the passive and active jobseeker markets through a variety of networking, headhunting and advertising channels. We will provide you with the most suitable resumes of candidates that are fully briefed on the role and your company.
We will manage every aspect of the process including arranging interviews, taking references, presenting verbal & formal offers through to organising a start date. At Sniper we do not feel that our role finishes when we send out the invoice, will keep in regular contact with the candidate upon commencement of employment.
Contingent recruitment fees are only payable on the successful placement of a candidate into a role.
