Sniper Solutions is an independent, boutique specialist executive search consultancy with local expertise and global reach. We strive to develop and maintain long term customer focused and supportive business partnerships.
Once we have a thorough understanding of our client’s business, culture, priorities, goals and challenges we apply focused and innovative sourcing and assessment methodologies delivering outstanding talent who will become integral to organisational success.

We are specialists in our specific markets and can offer search solutions on a regional, national or international basis.

We understand speed and accuracy of shortlist delivery is of paramount importance in a search campaign where there is likely to be a very limited supply of suitable candidates. We offer an extensive search process which adds top tier candidates to the candidate pool, who would not be available through contingent recruitment methodologies, such as database searching or advertising. Utilising a variety of techniques and extensive market knowledge we source both passive and active job seekers and present a shortlist that has been thoroughly assessed for experience, knowledge, capability, behaviours and culture fit.

We also partner with providers of capability assessments, such as Personality Profiling or Cognitive Ability Testing, to provide assurance and highlight development and growth opportunities.
